Distributed rate limiting service
Rate limiting service built in Go supporting sliding window, fixed window, and token bucket algorithms. Used atomic Lua scripts to eliminate Redis race conditions and memory bloat — proved via load testing (250 requests passed a limit of 10 without Lua; exactly 10 with). Handles ~8.5k–16k req/s under 100 concurrent connections. Ships a TypeScript SDK (rateshield-sdk on NPM) for drop-in integration.
